PRODUCTION AREA Italian Grappa.
GRAPE VARIETIES: various.
VINIFICATION: fresh pomace distillate.
CONSERVATION: at room temperature.
REFERMENTATION: reserve Grappa. Aging for at least 18 months in oak barrels.
BOTTLING: sterile.
DURABILITY:it has no shelf life limits.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 45%.
PACKAGE: white “Bordolese” bottle, cork cap, 750ml; box of 6 bottles
COLOUR: straw yellow with golden reflections perfectly transparent.
SCENT: harmonious of flowers, fruit, and vanilla.
TASTE: soft, very harmonious.
SERVING: 17°C, not too chilled, to be served in medium sized tulip glasses.
COMBINATIONS: indicated at the end of a meal, exceptional with a good dark chocolate.
