VINIFICATION: destemming-soft crushing, immediate draining, cold fermentation in the absence of lees.
SCENT: typical, aromatic, fruity with floral notes, very pleasant.
TASTE: dense and pleasant, persistent, soft, and enveloping, however fresh, and pleasantly acidic.
COMBINATIONS: excellent to serve as an aperitif, however it goes well with the whole meal, especially with fish-based dishes and not overly tasty first courses.
