General Conditions Of Sale

1.0 Definitions

The present document regulates general conditions of sale between CANTINA SOCIALE FORMIGINE PEDEMONTANA s.a.c. (shown below as “Winery”) and the natural person or company who buy the goods (shown below as “Customer”).

2.0 Terms of Payment

The Customer can choose one of the following methods of payment:

  • Electronic Payment via PayPal: in this case the bank will authorize the charge only for the purchase done. In any case the Winery will receive your credit card number. The Winery will receive only the authorization issued by the credit card managing authority.
  • Advanced Bank Transfer: in case of advanced bank transfer, orders will be executed only after receiving credit confirmation by the bank. Bank transfer reason must reports: - order number, - order date, - name and surname of the registered user.

Bank transfer must be put in the name of:

3.0 Shipping

Shipping is performed with courier express trusted by the Winery. The goods delivered must be checked by the Customer at the moment of receiveing and the Customer has to point out any damages directly to the courier, in order to protect himself and allow the Winery to start operations for substitution or redelivery of the goods.

4.0 Termination Condition

The Customer can exercise his right of termination within 10 days from the receiving of the goods. This right, expressly ratified by “Consumption Code”, states that the goods must be sent back in the same conditions when it has been received. So packaging must be intact. The Winery will not accept packaging and objects that has been used or that they are not in the original conditions. The Customer shall send back the object or the objects and contact sales office of the Winery , and before delivering back the goods he has to wait the acceptance of the Winery. When the goods will be received from the Winery and after checking of its status, if it will correspond to the standards stated above, the Customer will be refunded within 30 days, including initial delivery costs. ATTENTION: as stated by the European Court of Justice, the delivery costs born by the Customer for sending back the goods to the Winery will not be refunded.

5.0 Claims

All the products are delivered using adequate packaging. If at the moment of the receiving, boxes show damages, alterations, or clear broken signs, the Customer can reject the receiving.

6.0 Delivery Costs

  • € 14,00 for orders of 1 or 2 boxes
  • € 19,00 for orders from 3 to 5 boxes
  • € 25,00 for orders exceeding 5 boxes
  • The Winery accepts only orders for deliveries in Italy.

7.0 Delivery Terms

Delivery will occur with national courier within 5 working days after the receiving of the payment. It’s preferable leaving a phone contact number for being advised of the delivery.
