Trebbiano di Modena I.G.T. sweet

 

PRODUCTION AREA: hills and foothills area of the southern parts of Modena province.

VINES: 100% Trebbiano di Spagna.

VINIFICATION: soft-pressing, immediate draining, cold fermentation without dregs.

STORAGE: refrigerated stainless steel silos.

SECOND FERMENTATION: autoclaving (Charmat process) temperature controlled.

BOTTLING: isobaric bottling, after sterile filtration at ambient temperature.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 9,0%. Shows a sugar residue of around 40/g per liter.

NR. OF BOTTLES PRODUCED: 7.000

PACKAGING: bottle Champagnotta Emiliana  blue, 750 ml; sparkling wine cork; boxes of 6 bottles.

 

 

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES

 

COLOUR: high straw-yellow.
 
FRAGRANCE: intense fruity and aromatic.

TASTE: sweet, dense and pleasant. Shows a pleasant balance in its body, fresh and harmonious.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C.

ADVICE: suitable for end-lunch, mainly with desserts and sweets.
