VINIFICATION: soft-pressing, cold maceration and stabilization.
STORAGE: refrigerated stainless steel silos.
BOTTLING: in brik.
SUGAR CONTENT: around 170 g per liter.
NR. OF BRIKS PRODUCED: 10.000.
PACKAGING: brik, 750 ml, screw cork; boxes of 6 briks .
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
COLOUR: intense ruby red with purple nuances.
FRAGRANCE: fruity, black cherries and ripe berries .
TASTE: dense and pleasent, fresh, fruity and harmonious .
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C.
ADVICE: suitable for desserts, breakfasts, breaks in general and in every moment of the day out of meals.
