PRODUCTION AREA: hills and foothills area of the southern parts of Modena province.
VINES: Trebbiano di Modena and Spergola vines.
VINIFICATION: soft-pressing, immediate draining, cold fermentation without skin contact.
STORAGE: refrigerated stainless steel silos.
SECOND FERMENTATION: still table wine.
BOTTLING: isobaric bottling, after sterile filtration at ambient temperature.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11,0%.
NR. OF BOTTLES PRODUCED: 12.000
PACKAGING: Bordolese green bottle, 750 ml; standard cork; boxes of 6 bottles.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
COLOUR: light pale yellow with greenish shades.
FRAGRANCE: agreeable white fruit hint, soft and distinct.
TASTE: light bodied and persistent, fresh and round.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C.
ADVICE: suitable for fish and main courses. Great with appetizers.
